Some things about me
- I grew up in Cancún, Mexico.
- I studied law and practised as a lawyer in Mexico. On the day the firm gave me my own private office, I realised it wasn't the right life for me, and I eventually became a PM.
- I moved to London with an Exceptional Talent visa issued by the UK government.
- I raised $6M as the solo founder of Payable. Payable joined Stripe in 2025.
Core beliefs
- Conviction & agency. The best decisions in my life have come from acting on impulse. Feel the pull, lean in, and go all in.
- Speed makes things fun. Moving fast increases the rate of feedback. You learn faster, the team makes progress, and progress is the best reward.
- Your thoughts are who you are. Everything I've achieved, I had already decided would happen. Happiness is a choice.
